University of Southern California (USC)

The University of Southern California also known as USC is a private research university in Los Angeles California. Founded in 1880, it is also the oldest private research university in California. Unlike UCLA, USC is basically like a private school. Unlike UCLA which is basically a public school. Both USC and UCLA are located in Los Angeles (L.A). The average cost before aid is $74,825, and after aid is $30,232. The acceptance rate is 16% and the graduation rate is 92%.

USC is known as a prestigious private university on the West Coast specializing in the performing arts for example film, music, and dance, USC is also known how business and engineering. USC has historically had one of the best known and most successful football programs. The most popular majors at the University of Southern California include business management, marketing, related support services, social sciences, visual and performing arts, engineering, communication, journalism, and related programs.

To get into USC you would need a GPA of 3.76, With a GPA of 3.76, USC requires you to be above average in your high school class. You'll need at least a mix of A's and B's with more A's than B's. You can compensate for a lower GPA with harder classes, like AP or IB classes.
