Brown, Ivy League

Brown University is an Ivy League university located in Rhode Island.

Image result for brown universityThe most popular majors at Brown University include Computer Science, Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies, Biology/Biological Sciences General, and Engineering. The average recognition rate, an indicator of student satisfaction, is 98%. The average cost of Brown University after aid is $30K; the graduation rate is 96%, and the acceptance rate is 8%.

To be able to get into Brown University, you would need a GPA of 4.09, Brown University requires you to be at the top of your class. You'll need nearly straight A's in all your classes to compete with other applicants. It would help if you also had taken many AP or IB classes to show your ability to survive college. But then again, most Ivy Leagues look at this.

As an Ivy League university, Brown is looking for students who have demonstrated exceptional performance in and out fo the classroom while in high school. However, given that Brown is an Ivy League school, there is the competitiveness of the application process, performance alone is not enough.

As you can see, Brown University is tough to get into. This is also the same with the other Ivy League schools.

  1. Fix "Image result for brown university." Also you are not getting any financial aides. So work on merit-based scholarships.
